Our restaurant is headed by the talented Chef Suwat, who brings years of experience from international 5-star hotels and Japanese restaurants in Japan. With his expertise and passion, Chef Suwat ensures that every dish served at KAZE is a true representation of authentic Japanese cuisine.

Our a la carte menu features a variety of premium dishes, including fresh sashimi, nigiri sushi, udon, donburi, teppanyaki, and Japanese drinks. Our Japanese a la carte buffet allows guests to enjoy unlimited servings of their favorite dishes from the selected menu, with the option to upgrade to 10 additional premium dishes for just 599++ to 850++ per person.
